Chaves County hosts Health Expo at Roswell Mall

Chaves County hosted a Health Expo Saturday at the Roswell Mall. Staff from Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell, first responders and others were on hand to give a series of workshops and demonstrations on various health issues and medical techniques.

People gather around tables and displays Saturday at the Chaves County Health Expo at the Roswell Mall. The annual exposition allows local healthcare providers to promote their services and healthy living. The event was put on by Eastern New Mexico Medical Center and the Chaves County Health Council. Warren Yehl, CEO of Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, said there were 120 displays at the event.
