Britt Cooper is entering his ninth year as the Roswell Independent School District Director of Activities and Athletics, but his journey in sports began long before this role.
Apollonia “Apple” Jauregui earned a spot in the 2026 USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships from Monday, July 27 to Sunday, Aug. 2 at Cerritos College in Norwalk, California, where she competed in discus against 27 of the nation’s top young athletes.

Originally from Bandara, Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M University, Petty and her husband, Brian, primarily work at the ranch full time.
