A close, four-point season opener saw the Roswell Coyotes defeat the Hobbs Eagles, Friday, Aug. 21 at the Wool Bowl.

Next week, the Coyotes are on the road and face Randall High School in Amarillo, Texas, 7 p.m. (CT).
