Roswell football mercy rules Chaparral in homecoming game

The Roswell Coyotes football team (5-1, 3-0 District 2-5A) mercy ruled the Chaparral Lobos (3-3, 0-3) 50-0 in their homecoming game. The game ended at the start of the fourth quarter.

Roswell will return to the Wool Bowl to play the Gadsden Panthers (4-1, 1-1) at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2.
